Exercise and diet: Generally speaking when trying to change your shape you should use exercise for two purposes. To increase metabolism and to maintain muscle mass. It is not wise to use exercise as a weight loss tool since you can eat many more calories than you can exercise away. Lower your carb intake, eat frequent small meals or snacks and drink plenty of water. Work to keep your heart rate between 100-120 bpm.
