Go to hospital: Nausea that is preventing you from sleeping needs to be evaluated by a doctor in a hospital setting. You could be experiencing generalized anxiety or it could be increased pressure in your brain caused by a mass/tumor. There are a variety of other possible explanations in between these extremes; my point is you should go to the er.
