Sciatica pain: This sounds like manifestation of sciatica. If you are already on treatment for sciatica and it is not improving i recommend returning to your primary care doctor for further evaluation and treatment.

Sciatica: What you are describing sounds like sciatica, and can be caused by the sciatic nerve being pinched by a bulging or ruptured disc in your back, or from the nerve being compressed by a muscle it passes under to go down the leg. See a doctor (md do or dc) to get an eval & treatment.
