Which side? : Do u have alternating constipation and diahrea? Do you have nausea and vomiting with weight loss? Do you sleep well at night, grind your teeth in sleep, have recurrent headaches? I am searching for visceral hypersensitivity. I see u have anxiety and fatigue. If this not treated, all pain is worse. One good med for nausea, mood, sleep, anxiety is mirtazapine. See doc.
