Your : Your symptoms are concerning, especially because you have a history of mini-strokes (also called tia's or transient ischemic attacks). If you are having vertigo and have a history of tias, i would advise medical evaluation as TIA symptoms can cause vertigo-like symptoms, depending on what part of the brain the TIA is affecting. If you have any symptoms of weakness or difficulty speaking, especially, you must be emergently evaluated.
