Internist: You're not going to get a diagnosis in an on-line forum. You obviously have a complicated problem that will require a comprehensive evaluation. If your local doctor can't help, seek help at an academic center with a general internist. You're only 113 miles from DES moines. Ps, hi k and low na with low BP suggests addison's disease.
