Probably: A combination of static and aerobic works best for burning fat, along with a low carb, ketogenic diet (like atkins). I suggest doing interval training which is a combination of intense cardio mixed with short spurts of weight training to keep the heart rate up but vary it about 20 points between cardio and weight training.
