Easy...maybe not. : Confidence and self-esteem are built by repeated action, i.e. By repeatedly doing things that build your confidence and self-esteem, generally speaking, repeated actions in the social arena are more likely to build self-esteem. E.G., getting better at public speaking is more likely to build confidence and self-esteem than getting better at sudoku.
