More workup: Currently, it points to hyperthyroidism but you need to complete the work up to know for sure. At the very least, i would repeat the TSH along with the free hormones T4 and t3 (liothyronine). If they also point to hyperthyroidism, then proceed further to find the exact cause for this. Tsh alone does not give you a complete picture.
