Several: Keep your thyroid level normal w/brand name T4 replacement. Diet/exercise to lose weight. Consider metformin to decrease Insulin resistance and possibly normalize menses and fertility. Other meds available if testosterone elevated if fertility needs a boost.

Yes: Your thyroid levels need to be under contrlo with the medication. Also pco is due to an Insulin resistance so you need to do a low carbohydrate diet so you dont overstimulate the insulin. You may have to use additional meds like metformin and Clomid (clomiphene) for further assistance with ovulation. Check your ovulation on days 12-18 with an ovulation prediction kit.
