Nl A1C and thyroid: I am assuming that your A1C is 5.1%, not 51% as normal is 5.8%. Your range is perfectly normal with no concern for pre diabetes. All pregnant women are checked for gestational DM midway through the pregnancy. Your thyroid levels look good. Let your Dr know when you conceive so he/she can check your levels then and frequently during the pregnancy.
