No: A normal uterus could be soft and likely closed. Even a uterus prior to labor would be closed. The terms high, soft and closed used together is usually denoted to describe the cervix in someone who is pregnant and how her dilation, change of cervix or status of cervix is. So, it is not a sign of pregnancy.
