Very unlikely: If what you're saying is that you had your tubes tied and a uterine ablation then it is very unlikely you are pregnant. Chances of pregnancy for a woman in their 20's with tubal ligation is about 1 in 200. Not zero, but very low. 1cm is normal uterine width, even following ablation. If you're worried about pregnancy, though, take a home pregnancy test, that will clear your mind.
