Be careful: If you are unable to keep anything down and are not urinating, your urine is extremely dark and minimal in volume, you feel light-headed when standing up, your mouth is dry or other mucous membranes are dry, see a doctor. You may need intravenous fluids or antinauseants that will allow you to drink things like gatorade or other fluids with electrolytes.
