Follow up: I assume she is under a doctors care since you know she has a tumor. You should contact her doctor to let them know of her continued pain. Ovaries with cysts or tumors can twist on themselves (torsion) and need to be removed. We wouldnt want her to have to lose an ovary, so stay in close contact with her doctor. It will depend on the type of tumor as to what final treatment will be needed.

I hope so : If she has pain from a benign ovarian tumor, commonly a dermoid, or possibly a normal cyst (though i would not describe this as a tumor), then both the pain and the "tumor" are likely curable. In the unlikely event that she has a cancer, i pray this isn't the case, then the type of cancer and the extent of the cancer would determine if the disease and pain are curable.
