Im a female and i am 20 years old. i feel a small lump around my ovaries on my left abdomen. sometimes at night i feel a sharp pain if im laying down.

Lump felt on abdomen: It would be unusual to feel an ovary from feeling your abdomen because most ovaries are too small to feel yourself. Most likely it is stool or bowel that is being felt, you have 30 feet of bowel loops and stool moves down and this can be felt as a mass or as cramps. If you continue to have this you should have your clinic feel your abdomen as well since rarely it could be something wrong.

Ovarian cyst: It most likely an ovarian cyst. It can be due to ovulation. Most of the time it goes away on it's own, but if it persist, go get an exam and ultrasound done.
