healthy 25f here, pain in one spot in mid spine when pressed or bend forward, already for a month. no injury.what is usually the cause of it ?worried.

Trigger point: If your pain is well localized to a confined area, it may be just a trigger point, or a localized area of soft tissue inflammation. Often there is no explanation for why these occur. Treatment options include massage/physical therapy, anti-inflammatory meds such as Ibuprofen or naproxyn, and localized steroid injections.

Time for recovery will depend on progression through treatment options, i.e. a localized steroid injection has the potential for instant and permanent relief.
