Hip pain /vaginal bl: Back pain may be sciatica and may need pillow under legs at night when sleep. vaginal bleeding can be vaginitis/ cervicitis/endometriosis but need PAP also check HCG . If all negative may need ultrasound/CT y to check for ovarian /uterine lesion which could be causing both. May need LS spine xray / F/U w/doc this week
