OK but far from best: Spring valley prenatals are probably better than nothing but I have reservations. The best thing about them is the low price.The things i don't like: it has synthetic vit e which is probably hazardous. It's loaded with chemicals like titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol, gmo corn starch & artificial colors. If you can afford a better vitamin it's well worth it.
