It depends: On how long the symptoms have been going on for already and other symptoms you are having such as diarrhea, vomiting, or fever. Viral infections can wax and wane and can last 7-10 days in some instances but it is not typical for you to have dramatic changes in symptoms from one day to the next. You should talk to your doctor.
