Top of my left arm trembling/spasaming been going for over 2 days now i have had a cold/virus for the last week but now have horrendous headache?

Left arm spasm: Would check for strep/ mono . Sometimes pharyngitis strep or others can cause muscle tightness in trapezius which is the big muscle of your upper back and neck I would also be concerned about a peritonsillar abscess/ sinusitis and TMJ dysfunction which can cause upper extremity dysfunction . Would follow up with MD/ ER/ urgent care today

Hi There Im am freaking out! My left arm is slightly numb and feels heavy, a strange sort of feeling. My thumb on my left hand has been twitch for two days now. I did have headaches for 2 days in a row on Wed & Thurs. something just feels off.
My right arm and leg/foot (mostly my leg) suddenly went numb/lost sensation (no tingling) and afterwards I got a pounding headache that lasted two days, with no other symptoms. The headache is now long gone but I still feel numb, any idea of causes?
Left neck felt sharp pain. Now dull pain and left arm burns n back n top of head hurts. What could cause this?
