Could be: The low grade fever and diarrhea may be a sign of a viral gastrointestinal infection. Maintain your fluid intake, eat yogurt, take OTC antidiarrheals like Kaopectate (kaolin and pectin) or peptobismol and ride it out. It should resolve soon.
