It depends: It depends on his current manifestations of the sarcoidosis. Prednisone is often a mainstay of therapy. However, tnf inhbitors such as Enbrel and Remicade (infliximab) have shown promise. Have your father see his doctor to see what he is a candidate for and whether his current regimen needs to be changed.
