My t.bilirubin-1.5 mg/dl (direct- 0.4 mg/dl, indirect -1.1 mg/dl), ast- 35.44 iu/l and alt-45.0 iu/l, phosphatase - 210 iu/l. what it meant.

Liver workup: Your physician will try to find the cause. A trial off alcohol and rx's may be in order. If things are off, you'll be checked for viral hepatitis, hemochromatosis, and perhaps wilson's, autoimmune hepatitis, and antitrypsin deficiency. If these are normal, you may get an rx for aerobic fitness. Good luck and stay proactive.
