Look for other cause: A primary care doctor and a neurologist can evaluate as there are many possible causes of neuropathy symptoms. The doctors can check for the more common causes (hiv is one condition on the list of the possible causes, so it is good when one has negative tests for hiv) (see list: http://www.Mayoclinic.Com/health/peripheral-neuropathy/ds00131/dsection=causes). Many cases have no identifiable cause.

See below: You do not have HIV according to these tests. Hiv does not cause these symptoms (aids might but you do not have this either). Talk to your md, something else is causing this.
