Possibly non heart: I will think in 3 causes: doubt heart disease. 1- pleuritic chest pain due to a recent pneumonia. 2-muscle pain/costochondritis due heavy lifting exercises. 3-esophageal spasm due to chronic gerd symptoms. I will get chest x-ray and ecg. Consult your physician asap.
