Sometimes i feel like needles are poking my heart or my chest. this would also sometime occur when i breath deeply. should i be worried?

Yes : Anytime you have chest pain you should worry. If you are a woman, a heart attack does not have the same symptoms as those for a man (pain and tingling in the left arm). If the pain is accompanied with nausea you should be seen in an emergency room. Don't ignore chest pain.
