Can bacterial vaginosis make you feel like you have a uti?

Yes: If the urethra is irritated from the vaginal infection you could have urinary urgency, frequency and dysuria(painful urination). A clean catch urine culture and colony count would rule in or out the uti.

Yes;: Bacterial vaginosis involves inflammation about the vaginal orifice membranous lining. This inflammation can affect the urethral orifice and mimic a UTI. In some same the vaginal infection can invade the urinary tract and actually cause a UTI. See your PCP.
