Pain: Left lower quadrant abdominal pain may be seen in diverticulitis/ diverticulosis. However, many other conditions can also present with similar symptom location. A colonoscopy may be needed for adequate diagnosis. Please, check with your physician for adequate diagnosis and treatment.
