Low grade fever off & on for a year always w pain on stomach - left side. negative tests - some reflux. can reflux cause the fever? any other ideas?

Need further work up: reflux itself should not cause fever. Common causes of unexplained fever include unusual infections eg parasites, an abscess somewhere, a tumor somewhere, some connective tissue diseases, a medication side effect. Consider seeing a specialist for more tests eg infectious disease specialist. Best wishes to you!
