If my pid was not due to an std does my partner still have to be treated?

Are you sure?: Most cases of pid are related std's -- usually chlamydia and gonorrhea. At the very least your partner should go for a complete exam and std check. Be smart and safe. Avoid intercourse until he shows you his test results. Dont take chances.
