Maybe wrong TP?: You may need a softer toilet paper. Or want to switch to a moist wipe. You could be drying the area too much or you could even have a slight allergy to a perfume or fibre in the paper you use. Prep h has a mild steroid that would help with an allergy. Try switching papers and see if it improves. If not, you might want to talk to your md to have it checked. You could have very small hemorrhoids.
