Yes it most likelyis: A hemorrhoid. Sounds like one and I am sure that it will most likely be one as well. Please see your PCP.

Good decision: in 26 old most likely hemorrhoids, just don't wory and see your doctor .Regard less of the age every rectal bleeding initially must be evaluated by a professional, to make sure the bleeding is not due to a tumor.
