I only had ultrasound done 1x to test for hashimoto and nodules. i have hashimoto, but no nodules. i am hypo. when/if should i retake ultrasound?

No need.: Hashimoto's does not require surveillance. Nodules may require surveillance but you have none.

Severe hypo/hyper sx for the past month, can barely function. TSH, Free T4 ,T3 normal. Thyroid nodule FNA biopsy 2008 was ok. PET scan 2013 showed Hypermetabolic nodule. U/S showed mild heterogeneous thyroid. Can Hashimoto's be cause of my sx?
