All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, Hashimoto or not, you have thyroid hormone deficiency and need thyroid medication. See your doctor as you would need a prescription. Wish you good health!

For sure you are hypothyroid. You could have Hashimotos with negative thyroid antibodies.Although you say that the thyroid ultrasound was unremarkable is the palpation of the thyroid also normal?
