Too little info: The main concern is to make sure that these aren't symptoms of allergy - sinus surgery won't help if the underlying problem is allergies. The first step is to see an allergist for a thorough evaluation and treatment plan, and then consult an ENT surgeon if maximal allergy treatment isn't helping.
