Absolutely: This is a common request of many of my patients. Nasal surgery can be both cosmetic and functional. I would either check to see if your sinus surgeon does rhinoplasty himself (before and after photos of his work) or see if he has a facial plastic surgery colleague that they would refer you to. The surgeries can be done under one anesthesia, but be aware that there are probably cosmetic fees.

Yes: See a facial plastic surgeon who does both rhinoplasty and sinus surgery. The procedures are safely done in combination and are commonly together.
