Rotator cuff: In general, the rotator cuff aids in 5 movements: forward flexion, abduction, extension, internal rotation, external rotation. Resist each of these movements with bands or weights or pulleys for a thorough work out of the rotator cuff. Isometrics (resistance without movement) can also be of benefit.
