Can doctors tell me what does low blood pressure mean in pregnancy?

Most times is normal: The blood vessels expand rapidly during pregnancy; this most commonly results in a decrease in blood pressure - maybe up to 5-10 points systolic and up to 15 points diastolic. This should normalize after delivery. If any questions or if any other symptoms such as fainting or dizziness develop, you would need specific evaluation for this. Congratulations!
