Blood test is positive for pregnancy.
HCG level should be less than 10 in a nonpregnant woman.

The trigger HCG level for diagnosis of pregnancy is 25. If you are pregnant, repeating the test in 2-3 days would display a level higher than 25. A level of 13 is not diagnostic nor does it rule out pregnancy.
Wish you good health and a healthy baby.
