Possible to lose hearing in an ear due to sneezing and hiccups at same time?

Possible: Either hiccup or sneezing could force pressurized air thru eustachian tube to rupture ear drum or possibly to push mucous behind drum either of which would affect hearing. Peri lymphatic fistula a rare possibility also.
