Not to worry: Your "cold" is still recovering, and the fluid in your eustachian tube is making noise. It should pass shortly. If not, see your doctor.

Eustacian Tube:: The nose and the ear are connected; eustacian tube that connects them usually closes when you sneeze, but if this does not happen, you'll feel pressure changes in the ear.
