I felt the urge to sneeze but i hold it.after 1 sec.,the same happened,however,air came out of both ears with high pressure and force. i felt a little bit pain and my hearing was decreased(not muffled) a bit.is this decreased hearing permanent?

Possible: ruptured ear drums. An exam with your doctor would be a good idea.
