Possible allergies: Sneezing in the morning is typical of nasal allergy. Usually a viral upper respiratory infection will clear within a few days. In many people an antihistamine such as Loratadine or Cetirizine will work. A intranasal corticosteroid spray, such as fluticasone, is very effective. The ear pain could be due to an infection and should be checked by a physician. Eustacian tube blockage may be present.
