Yes: Any time blood is degraded or metabolized, urobilinogen is created. More importantly, it is the reason why it is elevated that is more important. Do you have hemolytic anemia, liver disease, liver infection, liver poisoning or even cirrhosis, or perhaps a large clot, etc. A clot would not cause you to be ill. You need to know what it is elevated (gender is not stated: abnormal menstruation?).
