You need to get help: Patients with suspected or possible cervical spine injury must have their cervical spine properly immobilized until formal evaluation can be performed. Secondary injury can and does occur if cervical spine is not immobilized appropriately, or done with the wrong technique. In case of an emergency, don't re-position head, it's best to call 911 & await trained experts to perform the immobilization.
