Citrus: Any kind of citrus juice is good for folic acid, like orange or grapefruit.

Citrus Juices: Many fruits (and their juices) are good sources of folic acid, but citrus fruits are highest with orange juice in the lead. Other folate-rich fruit juices: grapefruit, grapes, banana, cantaloupe, papaya, & strawberries. Beet, spinach, & carrot juice make good choices too. These foods as regular solids provide folate of course in the diet as well.
