Yes, you can drink cranberry juice but it makes no difference in most people. If it is effective and it does not cost much you can continue. Make sure you drink the sugar free products for limiting calories intake. Increase fluid intake 2 -2.5 liters a day is probably the most practical and effective way. By the medications you are listing, high fluid intake seems not a contraindication.
