After blunt force trauma to my head, there is a random bump remaining. could this be a clot?

Unlikely, but...: It depends how long its been. And either way, if you are feeling it it is clearly outside of your skull so would not affect your brain (different than a clot on the brain) many traumas can result in a nodule or lump of scar tissue that u can feel. These are benign.
