Can happen: If people with alzheimer's disease are in a situation that they do not understand, they may become frustrated and develop anger towards whatever they consider the cause of this situation.

Yes, they can be: Alzheimer's impairs a person's ability to recall, comprehend and explain things. Itcauses people to forget how to do simple tasks they used to do easily before; causes them to get lost easily and not recognize people who seem to know them well; disrupts sleep, and occasionally makes people have hallucinations and feel like people are stealing things from them. This can lead to frustration/anger.
